Little Comberton Street Market Celebrates 40 Years
Little Comberton, our quintessentially English village, is delighted to host its 40th annual Street Market on Saturday 23rd May 2026, from 2pm to 5pm.

Come rain or shine, this much-loved event promises a fun-filled afternoon for all the family. Last year, over 1,000 visitors flocked to enjoy a traditional English fête, with colourful stalls set among thatched cottages, orchards and hay bales. Add the sounds of live jazz, church bell ringing and Morris dancing, and you have a vibrant, uniquely atmospheric event that truly captures village life at its best.

Street stalls will showcase a wonderful selection of local produce, including fresh asparagus and strawberries, while the beer tent will be serving local ales and cider. Visitors can also enjoy a tempting range of refreshments such as pork baps, homemade cakes and classic cream teas. The market features an excellent mix of stalls selling books, plants, vintage items and collectables, alongside local arts and crafts.

Local food producers or craftspeople interested in trading are warmly invited to get in touch via carole.marshall59@yahoo.com.
There is plenty to keep younger visitors entertained too, with a dedicated children’s games area! A large display of classic cars and a steam engine will also be on show and is sure to impress. So why not bring the whole family and enjoy a memorable afternoon in our beautiful and welcoming village?

Entry is £2 per adult and free for children under 12. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Little Comberton Street Market is a non-profit event supporting St Peter’s Church and Little Comberton Village Hall.
